PickleBoard is a platform that helps users discover pickleball courts, connect with other players, and manage court listings. Court owners can list and manage their facilities, while players can search for courts, view details, and plan visits.
When you create an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that have been inactive for an extended period.
Our Service allows you to post, submit, and share information such as court listings, reviews, photos, and other content ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but by posting it on PickleBoard, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your User Content in connection with the Service.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and agree not to post content that is unlawful, defamatory, misleading, or infringes on the rights of others.
Court owners who list facilities on PickleBoard are responsible for ensuring that their listing information is accurate and up-to-date, including hours, pricing, amenities, and contact information. PickleBoard is not responsible for the accuracy of court listings or for any disputes between users and court owners.

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content) are and will remain the exclusive property of PickleBoard. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks may not be used without our prior written consent.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any court listing information.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PickleBoard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
